The Executive Board of CA-RT meets eight times a year, either by phone conference, teleconference or in person.
State Conferences are held every summer while Released Time classes are not meeting. Discounts are available to members of CA-RT.
Regional Meetings are held twice a year in Southern California. Directors, teachers and interested individuals are invited to the meetings held in Spring and Fall. These meetings are held in homes or churches and are for fellowship, prayer, a timely message of importance to Released Time workers, sharing of ideas and short business reports from the officers.
